Heartfelt Massage Energetics Policies

We strive to provide you with the most enjoyable and rejuvenating massage experience. For the benefit of all of our clients and staff, we ask that you please respect our following polices.

ARRIVAL & CHECK IN - For your first visit, we strongly encourage you to arrive at least 15minutes prior to your appointment time so you may have time to fill out your personal In-take form, change and relax. Returning clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow yourself time to relax and prepare for your treatment.

PARKING – We are located at 5432 Butler Street in Lawrenceville. There is ample on-street parking available at no charge. Please note that if you are unable to walk one flight of steps to our 2 nd floor treatment room, please notify us ahead of time so that we may reserve one of the limited parking spots available behind our building.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please call us at 412-953-6253 as soon as possible, and leave a message if you do not reach us, so we can allow those clients on our waiting list to enjoy our services as well.

Please note,

Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. No-Shows will be charged the full value of any service missed. Please note that all clients are required to reserve your appointment with a valid credit card.

• Please turn-off or silence cell phones and electronic devices during your visit.

• Please note that appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. In consideration of all our clients and staff, late arrivals acknowledge that you may receive an abbreviated treatment and be responsible for the full treatment price.

• There are no refunds on any services, packages, or gift certificates.
